Our factory has carried out innovation according to market and customer demand, including three aspects: process and technology innovation, product performance innovation, management system innovation. 1. Process and technology innovation mainly includes new equipment, smelting process, rolling equipment, sintering process and other innovations, such as horizontal continuous casting machine technology, hot metal packing process and automatic steelmaking technology independently developed by China in the previous period; 2. Product performance innovation is to independently develop steels with new properties in order to meet the needs of national economic construction, such as the development of weathering steel for high strength offshore well transfer platform, pipeline steel for long-distance oil and gas transportation, steel for space docking equipment, etc. 3, management system innovation is to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, innovative reform of the existing system, such as the simulation of market cost veto mechanism, forced mechanism, process obedience mechanism.
