Spiral welded pipe is a special method of pipe manufacturing in which a steel coil is formed and welded using what is known as a DSAW method to create varying outside diameters and wall thickness of steel pipes. S235JR Rectangular Welded Pipe Square Structural Steel Pipe/Tube/Hollow Section/SHS / RHS Square hollow sections or square tubes are cold formed and welded from either hot rolled, cold rolled, pre-galvanized or stainless steel. In order to form the square steel section the appropriate mother tube, a round steel tube, has to be formed first. From a round tube rolls are used that progressively press the round tube into a square hollow section.

Galvanized Welded Steel Pipe is to make molten metal and iron matrix reaction and produce alloy layer, so that the matrix and coating of the combination of the two. Hot dip galvanizing is the first steel pipe pickling, in order to remove iron oxide on the surface of the steel pipe, pickling, through ammonium chloride or zinc chloride aqueous solution or ammonium chloride and zinc chloride mixed aqueous solution tank for cleaning, and then into the hot dip plating tank. Hot dip galvanizing has the advantages of uniform coating, strong adhesion and long service life.
Galvanized Welded Steel Pipe: complex physical and chemical reactions occur between the steel tube matrix and the molten plating solution to form a tightly structured zinc-iron alloy layer with corrosion resistance. Alloy layer is integrated with pure zinc layer and steel tube matrix. So its corrosion resistance is strong.
