The PSB Prestress Finish Rolling Deformed Bar is composed of a finish rolling twisted steel bar, a high-density polyethylene inner sheath, a grease layer and a high-density polyethylene outer sheath, wherein the high-density polyethylene inner sheath covers the exterior of the finish rolling twisted steel bar in the mode of hot extrusion; the grease layer is coated outside the inner sheath and has good lubricating performance; the high-density polyethylene outer sheath is positioned outside the grease layer and molded by extrusion; the inner sheath and the outer sheath can slide mutually. The anchoring system is composed of screw nuts, anchor plates, spiral bars and an unbonded finish rolling twisted steel bar, wherein the screw nuts performing an anchoring function are screwed in positions where the inner sheath and the outer sheath are stripped on both ends of the unbonded finish rolling twisted steel bar; the anchor plates are padded below the screw nuts; the spiral bars with the function of reinforcing concrete are arranged below the anchor plates on both of the two ends. The construction method comprises the working procedures of material, preparation, manufacture of unbonded finish rolling twisted steel bar segments, installation of the anchoring system, concrete pouring, tension, anchoring, anchor sealing, etc. The PSB Prestress Finish Rolling Deformed Bar has good anticorrosion performance and has the advantages of no need of grouting operation on site and simple and convenient construction method.
