Products Description
304 and 304L stainless steel strip are widely used austenitic stainless steel products. They both contain 18% chromium and 8% nickel, giving them excellent corrosion resistance and stability in a wide range of environments. The primary difference between the two is their carbon content; 304L has lower carbon content, which minimizes the risk of carbide precipitation during welding. These grades are commonly used in applications such as food processing, chemical processing, and architecture.
