Galvanized Steel Beams, is a A36 hot rolled, mild steel beam that has been hot dipped in a zinc rich galvanizing process. Galvanized beams are a lower cost alternative to stainless steel to achieve rust free protection for many years, while maintaining comparable strength with a durable hard surface coating.
Galvanized beams can be cut, machined or welded by common methods used for regular steel, but adequate ventilation should be used to avoid inhalation of fumes when heated.
Galvanized Steel Beams
Introduction:
Steel Beam is a main structural steel shape used in many applications including bridges, buildings, skids, structures, and general fabrication. As a structural steel and galvanized steel beam supplier, we offer Wide Flange, I Beam, and Tee Beam in many common sizes, and also in black and galvanized finish.
Galvanized I beam
Galvanized I-beam, also known as Galvanized steel beam (English name I beam), is a long strip of steel with I-shaped section. I-beam is divided into ordinary I-beam, light I-beam and H-beam. I-beam is widely used in various building structures, bridges, vehicles, brackets, machinery, etc. The flanges of ordinary I-beam and light I-beam gradually become thinner from the root to the edge, with a certain angle.
Galvanized T beam
GI T beam is an I beam or wide Fange that has been split into two pieces all along the middle of the web. Most common uses include frames, repairs, roof trusses and shipbuilding.
Product Application :
Beam Steel widely used for various building structures, bridges, vehicles, brackets, machinery, etc., for example, the industrial structure of the steel bearing bracket, steel piles and underground engineering supporting structure, powerand other industrial equipment structure, shipbuilding, machinery manufacturing frame structure, train, tractor beam bracket, port conveyors, high speed shutter stents.
